Does Political Connection Influence Corporate Social Responsibility in Agricultural Enterprises?---Based on Empirical Evidence of Agricultural Listed Companies in China

Abstract
How to guide agricultural enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility actively is key to solve the lock of corporate social responsibility in agricultural enterprises. This paper takes agricultural listed enterprises in China as samples and uses the panel data, then examines the relationship among political connection, institutional environment and CSR in agricultural enterprise settings by regression analysis. The results show that political connection has a significant and positive impact on CSR in agricultural enterprises;institutional environment negatively and significantly attenuated the relationship between political connection and CSR in agricultural enterprises. That is, the relationship is more positive for agricultural enterprises with poorer institutional environment, and vice verse.关键词
