The Evolution and Innovation of Typology for Human Resource Management Research---Based on Matrix of Quartation
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, the typology in the field of organization and human resources management (HRM) and achieved fruitful results. But most of the theory-based research such as resource-based view, organizational strategy and business type is relatively independent, and they lack of a unified analysis and integration. This paper attempts to introduce typology to explore their consequence, and tries to establish a major influencing factors' typology research compendium of HRM. It helps to recognize the main impact of HRM and decision factors comprehensively, and to understand the purpose and meaning of HRM wholly. Then, we establish the logic of classification based on the theory in order to guide and develop HRM practice.关键词
