摘要
Abstract
Based on the enterprise life cycle and performance management theory as a foundation, through the analysis of the different phases of the enterprise's management focus, the transformation from the enterprise strategy, the production process, income, performance characteristics and income to achieve four levels of enterprise life cycle to the various stages of development, try to establish a performance management system framework. In this framework, the strategic goal of the enterprise life cycle each stage of development, into the measurement can be detailed and index; according to the performance management plan, determine the evaluation index, and give each index to the corresponding weight.关键词
