摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of amlodipine for elderly patients with hypertension and depression .Methods 92 elderly patients with hypertension and depressive mood and 92 patients with elderly hypertension but no depression were selected .Blood pressure,SDS score and adverse reaction were assessed before and after treatment .Results The total efficiency of two groups of patients with blood pressure,pressure drop and SDS score had no significant difference (t=1.254,P>0.05),SDS scores of patients were de-creased,patients in the two groups had no adverse reaction .Conclusion Amlodipine has a significant effect for hypertension of elderly patients with depression and there are few adverse reactions after treatment .关键词
