Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of multidisciplinary rehabilitation to stroke patients with hemiplegia following psychological disorders .Methods A total of 112 stroke patients with hemiplegia following psychological disorders were randomly divided into two groups:56 cases for treatment group and 56 cases for control group .The two groups received nerve routine medical treatment , limb function rehabilitation training and low-frequency electrical stimulation after admission .Cognitive and psychological therapy was ad-ditionally used in the treatment group.The patients were assessed by Fugl -Meyer Assessment(FMA),Mini-Mental State Examination ( MMSE) and Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression ( HAMD) before and after treatment for 1 month.Results After 1 month for interven-tion,the scores of FMA and MMSE increased significantly ((t=-7.93,P<0.01;t=2.98,P<0.01)but the scores of HAMD decreased significantly(t=-7.93,P<0.01)in the treatment group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with psychological therapy can promote not only the improvement of cognitive function and psychological state but also limb motor function recovery for stroke pa -tients with hemiplegia following psychological disorders .关键词
