唐山地震截瘫患者主观幸福感与应对方式
Subjective Well-being and Coping Styles of Paraplegic Patients on Tangshan Earthquake
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between subjective well-being and coping styles of paraplegic patients on Tang-shan earthquake .Methods A total of 111 paraplegic patients on Tangshan earthquake were tested by General Well -Being Schedule (GWB)and coping style questionnaires(CSQ).Results ①The differences of different sex(t=0.086,P>0.05)and different marital status(F=1.670,P>0.05)of paraplegic patients'overall well-being scores were not statistically significant .②Paraplegic patients had sex differences in the dimension of problem-solving(t=2.144,P<0.05)and evading(t=2.061,P<0.05).and paraplegic patients on Tangshan earthquake with different marital status had significant differences in the dimension of fantasy (F=2.851,P<0.05)and ration-alizing(F=4.284,P<0.01).③There were significant relations between subjective well-being and problem-solving(r=-0.209,P<0.05),self-blaming(r=-0.428,P<0.01),evading(r=-0.428,P<0.01) and rationalizing(r=-0.265,P<0.01).Self-blaming,eva-ding and rationalizing could forecast 25.9% the total variance of subjective well-being.Conclusion Paraplegia patients on Tangshan earthquake have poor subjective well-being,they are difficult to control the behavior and emotion ,and worry about health concerns .Devel-oping mature coping style is contribute to the subjective well-being of paraplegic patients on Tangshan earthquake .关键词
