摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of psychological intervention on improving quality of life and mental state of advanced cancer patients .Methods A total of 152 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into observation group and the control group ,76 cases in each group;Control group was given conventional nursing ,the observation group was given psychological in-tervention on the basis of conventional nursing;Compare psychological status and quality of life scores of two groups of patients .Results The adverse psychological state ratio such as irritability ,apathy ,fear of observation group were lower than those of control group (χ2 =4.61,4.22,25.13;P<0.05);The scores of patients'diet,sleep,spirit,disease cognitive and treatment coordinate were significantly higher than those of control group (χ2 =5.21,5.86,6.85,7.30,4.45;P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention plays a posi-tive role for patients with advanced cancer in stabling emotion ,cognition of disease , treatment coordinate ,which can significantly improve patients'quality of life and mental state .关键词
