摘要
Abstract
Objectiv e To explore the clinical effects of valproate sodium for injection combined with lithium carbonate on treating a -cute manic episode.Methods From 4.2010 to 12.2012,132 cases of patients with mania and acute manic episode were chosen as the clinical study objects.First,these patients were treated with lithium carbonate .If their condition had been improved after 4 weeks,then combing sodium valproate with lithium carbonate were used to treat them .132 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random array method .The observation group was treated with sodium valproate for injection combined with lith-ium carbonate ,while the control group was treated with lithium carbonate .The improved situations and complications in the two groups were observed.Results At the 1st week,there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).2,3 and 4 weeks later, there were significant differences .Complication of the observation group was less than that of the control group by 33.33%(χ2=5.9183, P<0.05).Concl usion It has obvious curative effects to use valproate sodium for injection combined with lithium carbonate in treating acute manic episode ,with fewer side effects ,which is worth wide clinical using .关键词
