Effects of Metacognition Group Counseling on Undergraduate Psychological Harmony
摘要
Abstract
Objective To survey the effects of metacognition group counseling on undergraduate psychological harmony .Methods Metacognition Scale and Psychological Harmony Scale were adopted as measurements before ,in the middle of and after the training .The experiment using 2 ×2 muti-group(experimental group,no-treatment control group)and multi-time sequence(pre-and post treatment,sub-sequent follow-ups)design was performed to study 72 undergraduates.Results Before group counseling,there were no significant differ-ences on the average score of metacognition and psychological harmony between experimental group and control group (P>0.05).After group counseling ,the scores of metacognition and psychological harmony of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=2.22~4.22,P<0.05);One month after group counseling,the scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(t=2.15~4.43,P<0.05).Conclusion Metacognition group counseling effectively improve the undergraduate psy-chological harmony .关键词
