Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of standardized health education on the compliance of community patients with diabetes, so as to improve patients'quality of life.Methods 102 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in group A provided with conventional health education , while 52 cases in group B provided with standardized health education .Observation was conducted for changes in glucose and the compliance of treatment after nursing for 4 months.Findings Diabetes knowledge awareness rate of group B was higher than that of group A ( P<0. 05);2hPG,FPG, HbA1c levels of group B were lower than those of group A (P<0.05); completely compliance rate of group B was higher than that of group A (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized health educations can improve community patients with diabetes of knowledge , provide treatment compliance , and enhance glucose levels .关键词
