摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of Tacrolimus ointment combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in treating hormone dependent facial dermatitis , so as to obtain scientific knowledge for clinical practice . Method 47 patients suffering hormone dependent facial dermatitis admitted to Quhua Hospital were randomly divided into an experimental group of 24 cases and a control group 23 cases. The experimental group were treated with a combination of Tacrolimus ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel , while the control group were treated with Tacrolimus ointment only .After one month of treatment , the clinical effects of the medicines on both groups , the recurrence rate and the adverse reaction in both groups were examined and compared .Findings Erythema, desquamation, papules, pustules, pigmentation of the symptoms and signs of integral of the two groups of patients after treatment were found to besignificantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05 ); The total efficiency of two groups were no statistical significance (P >0.05 ), but the recurrence rate of the experimental group (16.67%) was significantly lower than that of the controlgroup ( 52.17% =7.823, P <0.05 ); the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups of patients had nosignificant difference (-x ±s =0.636, P >0.05), and no serious adverse reaction was observed .Conclusion TacrolimusOintment combined with recombinant human growth factor gel can serve as an effective medicine in treating hormonedependent dermatitis, where the recurrence rate is low and safety is high .关键词
