非洲菊叶片愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化的研究
Callus Induction and Bud Differentiation of Gerbera jamesonii
摘要
Abstract
The effects of different genotypes,leaf ages,parts and hormones on callus induction and bud differentiation were studied with leaf explants .The results showed that induction rate was all above 98%when tender leaves were the explants of callus induction and culture medium was MS +6-BA 1.0-5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L .The callus from petiole explants produced adventitious bud by subculture on MS+TDZ 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,which had a low differentiation rate of 4.2%.关键词
