不同生产工艺复合肥料的理化特性
Physical and Chemical Properties of Different Process Compound Fertiliz-ers

Abstract
Physicochemical properties and structural properties of compound fertilizer under different pro-cesses with the same nutrient content(1 5-1 5-1 5)were studied .Differences of specific surface area,water conductivity,phosphorus release and optical structure of different processes fertilizers were explored, which could provide theoretical support for the development and rational application of high quality fertil-izer .The results show that:(1 )The specific surface area of high-tower method and potassium hydrogen sulfate method craft is the largest (respectively 1.44 m2/kg and 1.42 m2/kg),while that of the AZF (Histidine tubular reactor)crafts is the least (1.1 8 m2/kg).(2)The conductivity value of the aqueous solution of AZF crafts is the highest while that of the urea formaldehyde crafts is the lowest,(respectively 403.80 ms/cm and 250.22 mS/cm).(3)In 1 0 hours,there is no difference among AZF crafts,agglom-eration process and urea formaldehyde process in the phosphorus diffusion radius,and they are greater than the high-tower method process and potassium hydrogen sulfate method craft of compound fertilizers . (4)The study of the optical structure characteristics shows that:apparent mass and internal structure are different in different process compound fertilizers .the particles of the high-tower method and potassium hydrogen sulfate method craft fertilizer have round appearance,uniform particle size and tight internal structure,and some of them have a small amount of protrusions;but for AZF technology and urea-formaldehyde process,the particles have irregular appearance,tight internal structure and smooth cross-section .关键词
