摘要
Abstract
Fog degrades images greatly, and many methods have been used to enhance foggy images. This paper analyzes the defect of global histogram equalization, presents an improved local equalization method based on moving mask, discusses the selection of mask size and its moving step, and provides a solution to potential block effect. It is proven that this method can enhance foggy images effectively, and it is easy to implement.关键词
