Search result ranking based on quality of search experience
摘要
Abstract
There is a certain cycle on index library update in search engines, current search services on Web pages don’t consider the real-time quality characteristics of index resource, and the sorting of search results can’t embody users’mul-tilevel requirements. This paper presents a user search experience quality model and applies it into the open source search engine Nutch. Nutch takes the factors that affect search experience quality into the ranking of search results. Experiments present the differences in search experience quality before and after eliminating those factors, and reflect the influences of those factors on search result ranking and user search experience quality. This experience is a basis work to enhance the quality of user search experience, reduce energy consumption in search engine and network transmission, and then achieve overall optimization for search service.关键词
