物流资源整合系统的两阶段利益分配策略研究

Abstract
In order to get impartial and rational profit distribution solution, the two-stage profit distribution model of logistics resources integrated system is put forward, which is based on logistics resources scarcity and subtask performance. The first stage, considering the logistics resources scarcity, different profit distribution strategy are adopted according to different logistics resources suppliers. To the general logistics resources suppliers, the first-price sealed auction is applied, and to the strategic logistics resources suppliers, the Shapley-value is used, then profit distribution initial solution is got. The second stage, profit distribution initial solution is modified according to logistics subtask performance. Index system of logistics subtask performance evaluation is established. Logistics subtask performance coefficient is calculated by fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation, then the final profit distribution solution is obtained. The case of commercial vehicle distribution verifies that the profit distribution model not only makes logistics resources allocate best, but also encourages the logistics resourc-es suppliers to improve the logistics subtask performance.关键词
