Printing shock-streak characteristic parameter extraction based on image processing
摘要
Abstract
Shock-streak is a common printing problem. The cause of shock-streak and its solution are difficult tasks in the field of printing industry. This paper presents a method of shock-streak detection based on image processing. Collect printing images by high-speed CCD, then calculate difference image with the printing image and standard image, and obtain the defect image of Shock-streak, apply mathematical morphology to extract features of shock-streak, finally determine the causes of fault. With an experimental in J2108 printing machine, the feasibility of this method has been proved in the shock-streak fault diagnosis.关键词
