摘要
Abstract
A heuristic balancing schedule method for complicated assembly line of single product based on Excellis proposed. Firstly, the general technical scheme for heuristic balancing schedule method for complicated assembly line of single product based on Excellis put forward. Then, five key techniques for the method are described, including how to map the assembly order graph to worksheet, how to calculate the subsequent procedures number and order value of a procedures, how to sort the procedures, how to get the balancing scheme and how to schedule according to the balancing scheme. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested by case study.关键词
