摘要

Abstract

The development of modern medical science requires automation , efficiency and humanization , and the image segmen-tation technology is widely applied in this field .In this paper , an improved method derived from Otsu algorithm is put forward , according to the characteristics of the cell microscopic image .The algorithm is to achieve multiple segmentation , and improve its feasibility, effectiveness and applicability .The simulation results show that the performance of the improved algorithm is superior to Otsu algorithm.
