双目视觉技术在结构件尺寸测量中的应用
APPLICATION OF BINOCULAR VISION TECHNOLOGY IN STRUCTURAL PARTS SIZE MEASUREMENT

Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the engineering applications and the detection model of structural parts measurement using machine vi -sion, and propose a method to detect the size of the structural parts based on binocular vision .We use the improved solution of cameras ’ in-ternal and external parameters to calibrate the effective focal length of the single camera , and estimate the fundamental matrix by using an op-timised method in which the distance between the pixel coordinate and the corresponding epipolar line is the objective function .Through the singular value decomposition of essential matrix , rotation matrix and translation vector between two cameras are obtained .Under laboratory conditions , the space distance between two adjacent cams on same camshaft of a light vehicle is conducted practical measurement .The results show that the measurement method is able to achieve the accuracy requirement of monitoring the cam spacing in composite camshaft .关键词
