Abstract
On the basis of the practice in outsourcing project management process of the department , and of analysing the principal problems existing in the implementation process of outsourcing project , we establish a CMMI framework-based quantified outsourcing project process system including the outsourcing project management types , the life cycle, the organisation structure and the key management activities in various phases , as well as the outsourcers evaluation method .We also put forward the process capability maturity model for outsourcing project.Through the refined and quantified outsourcing project management , the completion of outsourcing project can be ensured on time and with the guarantees in both quality and quantity , this realises the effective and efficient management on outsourcing project , and reaches win-win situation between the Party A and the contractor .关键词
