Abstract
In order to enable the road condition detection system to adaptively choose either Google map or Baidu map to display road flat-ness,front images,damaged images and video information,the article performs data transformation job for coordinates and mileposts mainly by the methods of file reading and writing by file operating functions and by extracting files’time attributes.The characteristic of the article is to inspect the video information of road conditions by map and innovatively applies R tree data structure to establish video file index.Meanwhile the system is developed on VC++6.0 platform so that the correspondence between coordinates and mileposts can be precisely implemented with time,hence verifying the applicability of the data transformation method.Additionally,when given time and coordinates ranges conditions, the video segments that match the premise can be quickly and accurately found.Result shows that the R tree file index structure greatly im-proves the inquiry speed and accuracy of video data.关键词
