STORM SURGE AIDED DECISION-MAKING SYSTEM BASED ON FLEX AND WEBGIS

Abstract
Bohai Gulf is one of the most frequent and severe storm surge areas in the world.With the economic development of Bohai Gulf coastal area,it is of great significance to well arrange storm surge scientific and technological disaster prevention and mitigation work in the area,provide scientific decision support for relevant departments and save social economical losses.The paper,based on Flex technology and WebGIS technology advantages,storm surge aided decision business flow as well as network framework analysis,establishes Bohai Gulf storm surge aided decision system and realizes Bohai Gulf area storm surge emergency management digitalizing and mapping,which are of certain referential meaning to coastal area storm surge aided decision making information scientization.关键词
