摘要
Abstract
Based on pollution situation of Shuhe river basin,and according to successful cases of foreign ecological compensation practices,this paper starts the compensation mechanism study for Shuhe river basin water resources.Currently,China does not have a relatively clear or unified concept of ecological compensation,thus clarifying its concept would be beneficial for grasping policy direction and has better application future. Ecological compensation has both nature and social attribute,it can lower interference towards living organisms and community,and adjusting state of their own in order to survive. This adjusting mechanism can also be seen as restore ability of ecology.关键词
