Abstract
Objective:To summarize perioperative nursing of patients un-dergoing coronary artery bypass and valvular replacement simultaneously. Methods:Retrospective analysis was carried out for 5 1 cases of patients un-dergoing CABG and valvular replacement simultaneously.Results:In 5 1 patients,four cases(7.85%)died in early period after operation(in 30 d), other survived 47 patients didn't have severe complications and discharged successfully;45 cases were followed up for 3 months to 48 months after op-eration,an average of 9 .4 months;cardiac function of survived patients was well,and their original work and study recovered.Conclusion:Adequate preoperative preparation and careful postoperative care is the key to ensure the success of the operation.关键词
