Abstract
Obj ective:To probe into influence of comprehensive nursing inter-vention for analgesic effect and quality of life in primary liver cancer patients complicated with chronic cancer pain.Methods:83 cases of chosen patients were divided into control group (n=39)and experimental group (n=44)ac-cording to their admission time.Both groups of patients received correspond-ing routing nursing,while patients in observation group received psychologi-cal intervention,cognitive intervention,behavior intervention and family sup-port intervention.The two groups of patients were questionnaired and recor-ded by Pain intensity numerical rating scale (PINRS)and quality of life scale with liver cancer (QOL LC)before and after comprehensive nursing inter-vention.Results:35 patients in control group and 38 patients in observation group were able to complete the experiment finally.The PINRS score in ob-servation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The analgesic effect,the total score of QOL LC and the patients’self as-sessment score were significantly higher in observation group than that in control group after comprehensive nursing intervention (P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment of pri-mary liver cancer patients with chronic cancer pain,relieve chronic pain and improve quality of life.关键词
