摘要

Abstract

Based on the taxi beckoning and parking operation mode, the taxi stand spacing model with which many cities used to forecast the scale of taxi stands couldn’t reflect the taxi stand function. From the view point of the taxi demand characterstics and its generated source, an internal relationship between the taxi stand demand and land use was researched and a forecast model of the taxi stand scale based on land use was built. Then, taking Bao’an of Shenzhen as an example, an algorithm of the forecast model was proposed. Practice result shows that the forecast model can objectively reflect the relationship between land use and taxi stand demand and the actual development demand of taxi stands. The model is scientific, rational and feasible.
