织构对涂层刀具切削性能影响的有限元分析及实验研究
Study on the effect of texture on cutting performance of the coated tool with finite element analysis and experimental method
摘要
Abstract
Surface texture has been widely used for wear reducing and wear resistant .Micro-textures were prepared on the rake face of the TiAlN coated tools by Focused Ion Beam ( FIB) .Effect of the micro-textures on cutting performance and tribological properties of coated tools were studied by finite element simulation and cutting test .Results showed that micro-texture was benefi-cial to improve temperature distribution on the surface of the coated tool .Cutting temperature of the coated tool with micro-texture was lower than un-textured one .Compared with un-textured coated tool ,wear resistance of the coated tool with micro-texture was improved.At the same time,main cutting force of the coated tool with micro-texture increased slightly.关键词
