基于超声相控阵的再制造曲轴缺陷检测方法研究
Detection method for remanufactured crankshaft based on ultrasonic phased array technology
摘要
Abstract
Old crankshaft remanufacturing is one of the typical examples of application of remanufacturing technology in the auto -motive engine .Before remanufacturing ,the testing and evaluation of old crankshaft quality is critical ,it is related to the possibility of remanufacturing .Due to the particular structure of the crankshaft ,multiple detection probes need to be replaced using conven-tional ultrasonic testing methods ,and some defects can be missed and misjudgment easily .By use of CIVA software ,the detection method for R corner defect of remanufactured crankshaft based on ultrasonic phased array technology is simulated ,and developed a practical detection process .The Multi X series ultrasonic phased array inspection system are used to detect the real fatigue cracks in R corner of the old crankshaft , experimental results show that according to the pre-established process scheme , the crack’s location and length can be detected ,the defect’s identification and localization ,quantitative analysis is more convenient and accurate .关键词
