摘要

Abstract

The FEM model of motorcycle frame structure is built by HYPERWORK .The stress ,normal modes and fatigue stress of the motorcycle frame structure is analyzed .The parts of frame structure take the size and topology optimization according to the stress and displacement .The result shows the stress and normal modes of the motorcycle frame structure change little comparing with the front and behind of the optimization , which is in the permitted range of engineering .The cost of the motorcycle frame structure is reduced,and the weight of the motorcycle frame structure is lightened about 6.5%.
