摘要
Abstract
Reports a research of ultra precision machining technology of slow tool servo for the free-form surface optical parts ,and the effects of the turning result are discussed in the different CNC compiler algorithms for the free form surface .And the bi-conics convex surfaces of optical parts using nickel copper alloy was turned for test ,the radius of the two curved surface with the inter-secting base axis spherical are respectively R1 =7.5mm and R2 =9.5mm.Finally,testing by Taylor Hopson PGI-1240 contour measuring instrument,the form accuracy of PV=0.15μm and the surface roughness of Ra=3nm was obtained in the curved sur-face of the radical axis spherical radius R1 =7.5mm;the form accuracy of PV=0.1μm and the surface roughness of Ra=2nm in the curved surface of the radical axis spherical radius R2 =9.5mm was obtained.关键词
