摘要

Abstract

Parametric finite element model of NC machine ’ s spindle-part was set up by ANSYS parameter design language .Chose supported span of spindle as design variable and established analysis file based on static analysis and modal analysis ,then static-dynamic characteristics of the spindle-part was optimized using zero-order method,in results,radial static stiffness and the first modal frequency of the spindle were increased by 20.3% and 2%,at last,machining precision and operational stability of the spindle-part were strengthened effectively .
