摘要
Abstract
How to improve the honing processing efficiency of aeroengine ’ s Ti-Cu alloy thin-walled cylinder has always been a difficult problem that the industry has been probing and exploring .Focuses on using the way of ultrasonic vibration to solve the problems of coolant ’ s hard entrance into the working surface ,poor discharge of abrasive dust ,and easy block of whetstones in ho-ning processing .Through the research on kinematics model of ultrasonic vibration , a controllable compound ultrasonic vibration honing device with longitudinal and lateral movement has been designed .After experiments , it is proved that this optimizes the motion of grinding process efficiently and improves processing surface quality and efficiency of the aeroengine ’ s Ti-Cu alloy thin-walled cylinder .关键词
