某兆瓦级风电齿轮疲劳寿命分析及可靠度计算
Fatigue life analysis and reliability calculation of megawatt wind turbine gear
摘要
Abstract
Concerning the high failure problem of accelerating gearboxes in megawatt wind turbines ,a new effective calculating method for reliability is proposed .Sun gear of 2.0MW wind turbine gearbox is selected as the research object .A 3D model for sun gear and planet gear is built by UG ,then the contact fatigue life is analyzed by finite element analysis software .Based on cycle life’ s influence to reliability when effected by random variable amplitude contact fatigue loading ,an accumulate damage model is established,combining equivalent normal distribution method to calculate the sun gear ’ s reliability.The new method has taken the impact of cumulative fatigue into account ,so it will more conform to the actual work situation ,and can provide theoretical ba-sis and guidelines for industrial applications of the optimization design of wind generator transmission system .关键词
