摘要

Abstract

Aiming at cutting force in machining performances uncertainty phenomenon due to random interference factors .In order to determine the uncertain region of the cutting force ,the fuzzy line regression theory is applied to the research of cutting force prediction ,The method uses the symmetric fuzzy number to establish the relationship between the three elements of cutting force and the cutting force ,the uncertainty range of cutting force is obtained by linear programming .Meanwhile ,the experimental results shows that the method is effective for cutting force uncertainty prediction .It has important practical significance to the study of metal cutting theory、prediction of cutting force and cutting parameters optimization .
