塑料片材机抛光辊筒的结构改进及 ANSYS 分析
Structural improvement and ANSYS analysis of polishing roll of plastic sheet machine
摘要
Abstract
In production ,the polishing roll of thermoforming plastic sheet machine has two major issues .One is structural strength not enough .Another is plastic sheet cooling uneven .The static structural analysis and conjugate heat transfer analysis were con-ducted.Then deformation and stress distribution of the roll ,temperature field of working area of the roll were obtained respective-ly.Basing on the analysis results ,the roll structure was improved .The simulation results indicate that the structure improved roll has smaller deflection,its maximum deformation decreased 34.06 percent and maximum stress reduced 71.45 percent;further-more it indicate that the temperature field distributed more reasonable , the average temperature of its working area decreased 1.3K.Structural improvement of the roll increased its structural strength and cooling effect ,reduced the deviation of thickness of the plastic sheet .关键词
