Abstract
In recent years, China's large-scale reconstruction and construction of power engineering, so that procurement of electrical equipment, you need a lot of money to become the most popular form of procurement, bidding and purchasing their own strengths. Weight value assigned in the bidding columns work to play the most important role is the evaluation of the bid evaluation results. Need many indicators accreditation, bidding for power equipment, to the indicators assigned weight values is difficult to achieve a reasonable degree, the analytic hierarchy process to measure the weight of each index value, coupled with expert scoring method to quantitative comprehensive appraisal examples to prove that the method can be real.关键词
