同轴式二级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计*
Optimization Design of Coaxial Two-Stage Cylindrical Gear Reducer
摘要
Abstract
Based on systematic research on objectives, variables and constraints of the Optimization design of two-stage cylindrical gear reducer,as the design goal from total minimum center distance of coaxial level 2 cylindrical gear decelerator,select the gear,modulus, drive ratio and helix angle as design variables,with establishment of the mathematical model of the optimized design of gear decelerator. Used MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimize the design of the decelerator, obtained the optimization results. The examples show that the optimization results are significantly better than the conventional design.关键词
