摘要
Abstract
According to the special process and control of production process of biodiesel continuous and intermittent process mixing requirements, from the point of view of engineering application, a distributed control scheme was proposed based on the analysis of characteristics of the process of biodiesel. It controls the dissolving tank control catalyst, transesterification reactor,methanol distillation tower and other key components which improved the preparation process automation level. Application example showed that the solution can ensure the production process safety and stability.关键词
