摘要

Abstract

Flow force is one of the keys factors in the structural design of spool valve. In order to achieve the purpose to reduce the flow force , this paper presents a method on arc-shaped opening in the valve sleeve to deflector the oil of the opening. while using FLUENT software to analyze the flow field inside the valve, and compared with the conventional spool. Then analysis the characteristics of fluid dynamic and the valve orifice flow of the improved spool valve. The study has a certain reference value on the structural optimization of spool valve .
