摘要

Abstract

The transient speed signal may be used in diesel status fault diagnosis, but there are many interference factors in measuring procedure, and vibration between sensor and flywheel is one of the important factors. At first, the measure errors of transient speed by vibration were analyzed, and the function expressions of magnetoelectric sensor’ s output voltage waves in influencing of vibration are derived. The simulating result proves that frequency modulation by tangent vibration between sensor and flywheel have the greatest influence, additional waves by normal vibration take the second place, and amplitude modulation has nearly no influence on transient speed measuring.
