Effect of Low Temperature Stress on Endogenous Hormones in Rice
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the physiological and biochemical mechanisms of rice ,by using Ganxin203. As the test material ,the changes of the activities of endogenous hormones such as IAA ,GA3 and ABA in leaves at the booting stage under low temperature stress were studied .The result showed that the growth activity de-creased and the contents of endogenous hormones in leaves changed significantly under the low temperature condition.The contents of IAA and GA 3 decreased.However,the content of ABA indecreased and accumulated rapidly .The contents of endogenous hormones changed more and more significautly with the decrease of temper -ature.As the recovery time lengthened ,the contents of IAA,GA3 increased,but the contents of ABA decreased .关键词
