金银花叶 HPLC指纹图谱及最佳采收期的研究

摘要
Abstract
To established the fingerprint chromatogram by HPLC of Lonicera japonica leaves collected at different time and determine the optimum harvest period .The HPLC fingerprints were obtained with Chlorogenic acid as the interna1 standard and on Alltech Alltima C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm) at 40 ℃and detected at 238 nm by a linear gradient of eluents A (acetonitrile) and B (water/phosphoric acid,100:0.4,v/v) using mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min,and then investigated by similarity analysis .There were significant differences in the chromatographic profiles of the samples collected in different months .The impact of harvest time on the quality of Lonicera japonica leaves should be noted and the best harvest period is July .关键词
