摘要

Abstract

To define the key techniques for comprehensive control on southern rice black -streaked dwarf vi-rus (SRBSDV),the resistance screening of different varieties to SRBSDV was studied .Firstly,the field resistanceidentification of 54 middle-and late rice varieties was carried out in 4 counties in 2011.The result revealed that the resistance of rice cultivars differed greatly .The average diseased bundle rates of 7 cultivars were lower than 0.5%and they were comparatively resistant or tolerant cultivars .The average diseased bundle rates of 5 cultivars were higher than 3.0%and they belonged to susceptible cultivars .In 2012,the field control effects of different pesticides and different application methods were tested in 3 counties .The results showed the effective control method of SRBSDV was a complex one ,including seed soaking with 20 g/kg seeds and spraying with 25%Pymetrozine on the second day before transplanting and the fifteenth day after tansplanting .The effect of no soaking or soaking at a lower dosage was lower than that of soaking with 20 g/kg seeds .The control effect was low when 2%Ninnanmycin was spraying single , moreover the effect was not improved obviously when it was mixed with 25%Pymetrozine.
