热处理对光皮桦色泽及涂饰性能的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Painting Properties of Betula luminifera
摘要
Abstract
Betula luminifera was treated withhot sand bath for 1h,3h and 5h at 160 ℃and 200 ℃re-spectively,the color and glossiness before and after theheat treatment were studied .Meanwhile,Betula luminif-era’s surface was painted with alkyd varnish ,the color,glossiness,abrasion resistance and adhesion of Betula luminifera after being painted were measured and analyzed .The result showed that the glossiness decreased af-terheat treatment,redness or greeness chromaticity increased ,blueness or yellowness chromaticity reduced .Af-ter Alkyd varnish finish ,each color parameter variation before and after theheat treatment were similar .Heat treatment reduced the wear resistance of luminifera surface coating ,it didn ’ thave a significant negative impact on adhesion .关键词
