瓯江唇鱼骨全人工繁殖与胚胎发育研究
A Study on Artificial Propagation and Embryonic Development of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River
摘要
Abstract
The artificial propagation of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River was studied from 2005 to 2012.The developmental time and developmental stages were described in great detail form fertilization to hatching.The results indicated that female fish injected with hormone mixture could spawn easily at the ambi-ent temperature of 17-22 ℃and its effective time was 20-22 hours.The induced spawning rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate were 86.8%,71.4%and 90.9%,respectively.At the temperature 18~20 ℃,the de-velopmental time of embryo of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River was 88 hours 20 minutes and the accumu-lated temperature was 1 678 .33 h · ℃.This study provides technical support for artificial propagation of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River.It might provide sufficient fry and promote the culture of Hemibarbus labeo in Oujiang River.关键词
