引进甘薯种质资源主要品质性状鉴定评价
Identification and Evaluation of Major Quality Characters of Introduced Sweet Potato Germplasm Resources

Abstract
The major quality characters of 32 introduced sweet potato resource materials from Center of International Potato (CIP) were evaluated.The results showed that there were 9 resource materials containing more than 10 mg/100 g carotene in their fresh tubers, 4 resource materials containing more than 0.9% flavonoids in their dry tubers, 7 resource materials with the starch content of larger than 60%in their dry tubers, 4 resource materials with larger than 8%protein content in their dry tubers , and 3 resource materials with more than 17%soluble sugar content in their dry tubers .Among 32 materials, Y08-11 and Y08-16 had higher carotene and protein content , Y08-20 had higher carotene and starch content , and Y08-35 possessed higher contents of carotene, protein, flavonoids and soluble sugar .关键词
