Experimental Research on Tissue Isolation and Strain Rejuvenation of Cordyceps militaris
摘要
Abstract
The experimental results indicated that the technological means of tissue isolation plus strain rejuvenation could obvi -ously strengthen the growth capacity of the mycelia of Cordyceps militaris.After the strain rejuvenation, the daily average growth rate of mycelium could reach 2.65 mm/d, and its dry matter weight had a net increase of 0.65 g after 7 days’ liquid culture.After ap-plying the rejuvenation approach , the production traits of the strain were markedly improved , and the average fresh weight of the fruiting body could reach 27.5 g per bottle.关键词
