Effects of Leaching Solution of Peanut Leaves on Peanut Seed Germination and Seedling Growth and Development
摘要
Abstract
The leaching solution of peanut leaves was collected by using the method of extraction with distilled water , and its effects on the growth and developmental indices of peanut including seed germination , root vigor of seedling , protective enzyme ac-tivities were studied .The results showed that:the leaching solution of peanut leaves could promote the germination of seeds when its concentration was low , while it had significant inhibitory effect on seed radicle growth when its concentration reached a certain val -ue.After leaf leachate treatment , compared with the control , the root vigor of peanut seedlings decreased significantly , SOD and POD activities enhanced , MDA content increased , and they all increased with the increase of leaching solution concentration .When the leaching solution of peanut leaves reached a certain concentration , it could produce autotoxicity to the germination of peanut seeds and the growth and development of peanut seedlings .关键词
