猪 Lipin基因克隆及其组织分布的研究
Molecular Cloning and Tissue Distribution of Gene Lipin in Pig
摘要
Abstract
The genes Lipin 1, Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 in pig were successfully cloned by using the methods of RT -PCR and elec-trophoresis detection .The sequence of these three genes in pig had higher homology with that of the corresponding gene in mice , reaching 83.2%~86.7%.The analysis of tissue distribution showed that Lipin 1 ubiquitously expressed in various pig tissues test-ed, but Lipin 2 and Lipin 3 only expressed in the spleen , lungs, lleum and muscle .关键词
